Questions homeowners ask us

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most homes take one to three days. Tile and larger homes can take longer. We'll give you the dates in writing before we start.

Can you help with my insurance claim?

We'll inspect the roof, document the damage with photos and give you a written report you can send to your insurer. If you want us there when the adjuster inspects, we'll come. Under Florida law we can't negotiate your claim for you, and we never offer gifts or "free roof" deals.

Do I need a permit?

Yes. A re-roof in Florida needs a permit. We pull it, schedule the inspections and give you a copy of the final.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Ask about it when we give you the estimate.

What's a wind mitigation inspection?

It's a short inspection of how your roof is attached to your house. Insurers use the form to give discounts for things like roof straps and secondary water barriers. We do it free with any estimate.
